Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, web beacons, and pixels. In this Policy we use “cookies” to refer to all of them.

2. The categories we use

2.1 Strictly necessary

Required to operate the Services. These cannot be disabled because the Services will not work without them.

• Authentication and session-management cookies that keep you signed in and prove your identity to the API for each request.
• Security cookies that detect and prevent unauthorized activity (CSRF tokens, rate-limiting fingerprints).
• Load-balancing cookies that route your requests consistently.
• Local storage of your in-app preferences (e.g. dark mode, dashboard layout) and short-lived caches.

2.2 Functional

Enable enhanced functionality you have asked for. These are set only after you use the relevant feature.

• Remembering a connected wallet’s WalletConnect session.
• Storing your acknowledgement of in-product disclaimers.
• Remembering your preferred default routing strategy or default symbol filter.

2.3 Analytics

Help us understand how the Services are used in aggregate so we can improve them. Used only with your consent. These cookies do not identify you to advertisers and we do not sell or share the data for behavioural advertising.

• Page-view and event counting (pseudonymous).
• Aggregated funnel and feature-usage metrics.
• Error reporting from your browser when something breaks.

2.4 Marketing

We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If we ever do, this Policy will be updated and your consent will be sought separately.

3. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed third-party services that may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe on the checkout pages, for fraud prevention and payment-form integrity.
• WalletConnect when you connect a wallet, for session continuity.
• Identity-verification providers on the KYC page, for document and liveness flow.

We have no control over cookies set by third-party services. Their controls are documented in their respective policies.

4. How to control cookies

You can manage consent for non-essential cookies through our in-product cookie banner, which appears on first visit and can be re-opened at any time from the footer. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings — but doing so may prevent parts of the Services from working.

5. Do Not Track

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently standardised in a way we can rely on. Where applicable law (e.g. California’s opt-out preference signal under CPRA) requires us to honour a specific signal, we do so.

6. Changes

We will reflect material changes to this Policy in the “Last updated” date at the top. Where required, we will renew your consent.
